Once an order has been placed, we confirm if the payment has been successfully processed, we then relay the information to our warehousing team.

Please allow between 1-2 days for the order to be successfully processed. Our team will package and prepare the order for shipping to its desination country. This time is required so our team can prepare all relevant documents for the local customs authority.

Depending on the where the order is being shipped to, please allow for 5 - 7 business days for the shipment to arrive. There will be no custom duties payment required as our local team will settle it.

Your order will be delivered directly to the address given to us using our designated courier.
